Seeping Bumps on a Lab's Face

Male Lab, 5 yrs old. No history of rash. Two areas on side of face at least a quater in size with raise bumps, seeps (from itching and hair is gone. Bumps and scabs at base of skull. No other spots on body

Raised, seeping bumps with hair loss on the face and base of the skull are often a hot spot or a deeper bacterial infection, sometimes triggered by an ear problem.
See your vet; these usually need clipping, cleaning and treatment of the cause.
