Rash From Head to Toe That Started Like Hives

My dog has a rash from head to toe. Even in her ears. Not sure what is causing it. At first it looked like hives now it almost looks like she has the chicken pox.

A widespread rash that began as hives may be an allergic reaction, but chickenpox-like spots can also be a skin infection or a drug reaction.
Please have her seen soon. Go to an emergency vet immediately if her face swells or she has trouble breathing.
