Pomeranian With Hair Loss and Dark Pink Skin Near the Nose
Hair loss and reddened skin starting on the nose can be ringworm, but also a bacterial infection, demodex mites, allergy or an immune-related condition.
A vet can test with a skin scraping, fungal culture and sometimes a biopsy. Most of these are treatable, and hair usually grows back once the cause is treated.
See ringworm in dogs.
