Over-the-Counter Foods for Struvite Stones

Some non-prescription "urinary" foods help keep urine dilute and slightly acidic, which may help prevent struvite crystals. But prescription diets are the ones tested to dissolve existing struvite stones, and the right food depends on the stone type and your dog's urine tests.
The most important step for preventing any stone is more water: canned food or water added to meals helps. Ask your vet whether a non-prescription food is reasonable for long-term prevention once stones are gone, and recheck the urine after switching.
