New Bumps After a Food Change
Small bumps appearing after a food change could be an allergic reaction, but bumps are also commonly caused by bacterial skin infection, insect bites or mites.
Switch back to the old food to see if it settles, and have your vet look if the bumps keep spreading, itch, or become crusty. They may suggest a skin swab or scraping.
