We have a Jackrussel mix we have to take her to the vets to have her glands relived up her but are thoseadrenal glands

The glands vets empty under the tail are the anal glands, not the adrenal glands, which are hormone glands inside the abdomen.
If they need regular emptying, ask your vet about causes such as soft stools or allergies.
