Dark Lump on a Leg and Red Paws in an Older Dog
by Rick

A dark lump that's being chewed and bleeding should be checked by a vet, since some dark lumps are tumors. Red skin between the toes is usually allergy or infection.
Keep the lump covered or use a cone to stop chewing. If cost is a worry, ask your vet about a payment plan, or look for a low-cost clinic, humane society clinic or veterinary school near you.
