Can My Puppy Catch Mange Again From a Shared Bed?

It depends on which type of mange she had. If it was demodectic mange, it didn't come from the cat bed at all. Almost every dog carries Demodex mites from birth, and mange develops when a young dog's immune system can't keep them in check. It isn't contagious, so the bed isn't a risk.
If your vet diagnosed sarcoptic mange (scabies), it usually spreads through contact with infested dogs or foxes, and sometimes through shared bedding. Cats are rarely affected by the dog form of these mites. Sarcoptic mites don't survive long off a dog, so washing or replacing the bedding, as you've done, and completing her full course of treatment are what matter most. If any wild foxes visit the outdoor hut, that could be a source of reinfection.
Ask your vet which type she had and whether she needs a follow-up dose. Some monthly flea and tick preventives also help protect dogs against scabies. Read more about how sarcoptic mange spreads.
