I am unsure why my 9 month old Viszla all of a sudden started getting bumps all over her face, upper legs and front part of her rib cage. She was fine 5 minutes ago and now looks like the attached pics.

Bumps that appear within minutes are usually hives, an allergic reaction to an insect sting, plant, food or medicine. They often fade within hours.
Watch her closely. If her face or throat swells, or she has trouble breathing, vomits or collapses, go to an emergency vet immediately. Otherwise, call your vet for advice.
