2-Week-Old Puppy With Cloudy Blue Eyes After a Sticky Eye

Yes, please have him seen by your vet. Puppies' eyes look a little bluish and hazy after they first open, but cloudiness that's much worse than his littermates after an eye infection could mean the cornea was damaged or is still infected.
Infections behind the eyelids in very young puppies can harm the eyes quickly, and he may need eye ointment as well as the oral antibiotic. Warm-compress any crusts in the meantime. A puppy this young with eye and nose discharge can go downhill fast, so check that he's nursing and gaining weight, and get him to a vet immediately if he becomes weak, cold, cries constantly or stops nursing.
